Prices are shown in USD per person unless stated otherwise. Where payment is made in Kenyan shillings, the applicable KES amount is confirmed at booking. Pickup and third-party admission costs are included only where expressly stated or separately confirmed by RAA. Routes and start times may change for safety, weather, access or operational reasons.

Do I need previous Segway experience?
No previous experience is required. Every rider completes an orientation and supervised practice session before the guided experience begins. Participation remains subject to RAA's eligibility and safety assessment.
What are the rider eligibility requirements?
Riders must be at least 12 years old. Riders under 18 require the written consent of a parent or legal guardian. Rider-plus-cargo weight must be between 45 kg and 117 kg. Guests must not be pregnant or impaired by alcohol, drugs or medication, and must be able to mount, dismount, balance and operate the Segway independently. A guide may decline or stop participation where safety requires it.
How do I make a booking?
Select an experience and message RAA on WhatsApp with your preferred date, number of riders and pickup or starting location. Your booking is confirmed only after RAA confirms availability, final price, participant count, payment requirements and applicable terms.
Is pickup included?
Pickup is included only where the selected package states it or where RAA separately confirms it. Availability depends on location, timing and operating conditions.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing and secure closed-toe shoes. Helmets are provided and must be worn throughout the guided ride.
What happens if weather or route conditions change?
RAA may adjust the start time, route, postpone or reschedule an experience where weather, access, equipment or safety conditions require it. The applicable options will be communicated for the affected booking.
Can I request a private or group experience?
Yes. Private groups, celebrations, corporate activities and special occasions may be arranged within approved operating locations, subject to equipment, guide and route availability. Contact RAA for a quotation.
